Im a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist and Certified Detoxification Specialist with a passion for helping women reclaim their health by getting to the root cause of symptoms and conditions.
I specialise in hormones, gut and mental health. Unravelling the triggers and drivers of common conditions such as PMS, PMDD, fatigue, anxiety, and burnout using a root-cause approach grounded in functional testing, mineral balancing, detoxification and targeted nutritional therapy.
If you’re navigating chronic symptoms, feeling exhausted despite doing “all the right things,” or you simply want to feel like yourself again, my 1:1 consultations are designed to uncover what’s really going on inside.
Together, we’ll dive into your case history, run targeted tests (when needed), and co-create a personalised protocol that supports your body’s ability to detox, repair, and recover . Naturally and sustainably.
My Story
I discovered my passion for naturopathic nutrition after years of frustration with being told my symptoms were “normal” or simply “part of being a woman.” I wasn’t looking for dismissive answers or quick fixes. I wanted to understand why my body felt out of balance.
That search led me to explore the intricate connections between gut health, hormones, and mental wellbeing. What began as personal curiosity soon became the foundation of my professional path.
I trained at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where I completed rigorous studies in naturopathic nutrition alongside hundreds of clinical hours supporting clients with a wide range of conditions. This hands-on experience allowed me to refine my ability to identify root causes, design personalised nutrition plans, and guide sustainable lifestyle changes that create real, lasting results.
To deepen my expertise, I pursued additional certifications in detoxification, women’s hormonal health and trauma therapy. These advanced qualifications enable me to integrate evidence-based detox protocols, mineral balancing, and targeted nutritional therapy to help women restore energy, balance hormones, and achieve mental clarity.
Today, my practice is dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge, tools, and personalised strategies they need to reclaim their health without guesswork, gimmicks, or one-size-fits-all advice.
